Amazy Privacy Policy
How Amazy processes information when you use the mobile application.
Effective date: October 7, 2026
1. Who we are
Amazy is a community service for sharing products, store locations, availability information and current prices. This policy explains how the developer of Amazy processes information when you use the application.
2. Information we process
- Account identifiers: an automatically generated Firebase user ID and a private device-account identifier.
- Profile information: display name, username, optional city, avatar and profile settings.
- Location information: an optional city and store coordinates that you choose to publish. Location permission may also be used to show your current position on the map.
- Photos: profile images and product photos that you select or capture.
- Community content: product names, descriptions, brands, barcodes, store names and addresses, prices, availability notes, confirmations and reports.
- Operational information: synchronization state, timestamps, content identifiers and technical error codes required to operate and protect the service.
3. Location, camera and photos
Amazy requests location access only while map features are in use. The device location is used to show your position and nearby community finds. When you intentionally select and publish a store position, its precise coordinates are uploaded as part of the store listing and are associated with the account that submitted the listing.
Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to take or select a profile or product image. Selected images are uploaded to protected cloud storage and displayed according to Amazy's access rules.
4. How we use information
- To create, authenticate and synchronize your Amazy account.
- To display profiles and identify the authors of community contributions.
- To publish and display products, stores, photos, locations and prices.
- To allow users to edit or delete their own contributions.
- To investigate reports, moderate content, prevent abuse and protect the service.
- To maintain reliability, diagnose failures and prevent unauthorized access.
5. No advertising or tracking
Amazy does not sell personal information, does not use advertising SDKs and does not track users across applications or websites owned by other companies. Information is not used for targeted advertising or shared with data brokers.
6. Public and private information
Your display name, username, optional city, avatar and community publications may be visible to other authenticated Amazy users. Your private device-account identifier is not included in the public profile. Reports are restricted to authorized moderators and, where technically applicable, the person who submitted them.
7. Service providers
Amazy uses Google Firebase for authentication and database services and Supabase for protected media storage. These providers process information only as needed to provide their infrastructure services and under their own privacy and security terms. Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Storage and account deletion
Information is retained while your account and publications remain active or for as long as reasonably required to operate, secure and meet legal obligations for the service. You can permanently delete your account through Profile → Delete account. This removes the Firebase Authentication account, profile, publications, prices, saved items and uploaded photos from active systems. Limited security, fraud-prevention or backup records may remain for a legally permitted period and are not used to restore your public profile.
9. Security and your choices
Amazy uses authenticated requests, access-control rules and protected media storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. You may edit public profile information, deny optional camera, photo or location permissions in iOS Settings, report community content or delete your account.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, export or erase personal information and to complain to a data-protection authority.
10. Children
Amazy is not directed to children under 13 or under the minimum digital-consent age required in their country. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid authorization, contact us using the address below.
11. Contact and policy changes
For questions, privacy requests or requests to exercise your data rights, contact the Amazy developer at bakeundefined20038@gmail.com. If this policy changes materially, the effective date will be updated and the revised policy will be made available through this page and the application.
